Layer an image or video on top of your content to add visual context, branding, references, or supporting media.

Functionality

The Media Overlay node adds an uploaded or saved media asset as an overlay on top of the video.

Users can configure:

  • Asset: select an image or video from the asset library
  • Upload Media Overlay: drag and drop or click to upload a new image or video file
  • Overlay Media Type: use either an image or video as the overlay
  • Scaling and Opacity Controls: adjust how the overlay appears on the video

Once added, the media overlay is composited onto the video and passed downstream for additional editing or export.
